Madras High Court Informed About Temporary Travel Document Issued to Rajiv Gandhi Case Convict

The submission was made before a bench of Justices R Suresh Kumar and K Kumaresh Babu. Suthendraraja T, also known as Santhan, has been accommodated in the special camp in Tiruchirappalli following his release. The External Affairs Ministry has been asked to take the required action for the issuance of an emergency travel document. The court has granted the FRRO time until February 29 to respond and has scheduled the matter for a hearing on that day.
