The US has stated that it will not interfere in a certain issue, but rather encourage both sides to avoid escalation. US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller made this statement regarding the allegations, emphasizing that the government will refrain from getting involved but will urge both parties to seek a resolution through dialogue. The Guardian report alleges that the Indian intelligence agency RAW has conducted up to 20 assassinations since the Pulwama attack in 2019. The report cites evidence from Pakistan and interviews with intelligence officials from both countries, claiming that Delhi has adopted a policy of targeting those it deems as hostile to India.
