She was subsequently sent to 14-day judicial custody. Recently, the CBI officials questioned her inside the prison with permission from a special court. The CBI officials visited Tihar Jail to question her further on these aspects of the case. In a letter to the court, Kavitha expressed her concerns about the impact of the investigations conducted by central agencies, describing it as a “media trial” that has damaged her reputation and violated her privacy. She emphasized that her mobile phone had been displayed on television, which she views as a direct invasion of her privacy. Kavitha’s letter also mentioned her cooperation with the agencies and her willingness to provide all bank account details. She stated her readiness to hand over any mobile phones that the ED claims she may have destroyed. Hyderabad
