Hardik Pandya’s Half Brother Arrested for Cheating Him of Rs 4.3 Crore

Hardik, Krunal and Vaibhav set up a business in 2021. According to their agreement, the two cricketers would share 40 per cent of the profits each, while Vaibhav would receive 20 per cent.

However, instead of sharing the profit, the lesser-known Pandya formed a separate company and redirected the funds from the business into it. The officials of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai police have charged Vaibhav with cheating and forgery in relation to this matter.

The arrest was made after Hardik filed a complaint against the 37-year-old. The decision of the Mumbai Indians (MI) to remove Rohit as captain has not been well-received by the fans.

Consequently, Hardik has faced backlash from fans over the decision. MI’s captaincy under Hardik began with the team losing their first three matches.

However, the franchise managed to secure a win in their last game against Delhi Capitals, providing some relief to Hardik. Amidst a string of defeats, doubts arose among players and fans.

Hardik acknowledged the need to clear minds and ensure that plans and intentions were right before the match against Delhi. He expressed that they had addressed these concerns and their efforts paid off, with everything clicking into place during the match.
