Kamal Sadanah, actor, opens up about family tragedy: father kills mother and sister, and he was also shot.

Kamal Sadanah shared a harrowing incident from his past where his father, Brij Sadanah, killed his sister, Namrata, and their mother, Sayeeda Khan, before killing himself. Kamal survived despite being shot in the neck, expressing that there was no logical reason for his survival.

He also talked about rushing his bleeding mother and sister to the hospital, unaware at the time that he had also been shot. The doctor discovered Kamal’s gunshot wound while treating his mother and sister and directed him to another hospital.

On that day, which was his birthday, he received anesthesia and had his wound cleaned. He returned home to find his whole family lying as bodies in front of his eyes.

Kamal confirmed that his father was under the influence of alcohol when he committed the murders. Despite the traumatic experience, he still lives in the same house where the incident occurred.

He emphasized the importance of moving on from tragedy and not holding onto hatred in one’s heart. He also mentioned that he has started celebrating his birthday with friends in recent years, despite initially refraining from doing so.
