Rahul Gandhi Takes Break from Poll Campaign, Enjoys ‘Gulab Jamuns’

Rahul Gandhi made a surprise visit to Coimbatore, likely for a meeting. During his visit, he bought a kilo of Gulab Jamun and tried other sweets as well. His unexpected stop was met with delight by the staff, who were also surprised by his arrival.

In the 2019 general elections, the Congress-DMK-led alliance secured 38 out of 39 seats in the state, with AIADMK winning only one seat.
