PM Narendra Modi Takes Aim at Rahul Gandhi Over Poverty Eradication Remark

Prime Minister Modi addressed a rally in Madhya Pradesh’s Hoshangabad Lok Sabha constituency and criticized the opposition INDIA bloc for supporting nuclear disarmament, stating that such stance cannot protect the country. He also accused the Congress of insulting Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and ridiculed their promises to eradicate poverty. PM Modi emphasized the importance of nuclear weapons for national security, without directly naming any party.

Additionally, he highlighted the BJP government’s efforts to honor Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and adivasis, praising their contributions to the nation. He pointed out the achievements made possible by the Constitution drafted by Dr. Ambedkar, such as the election of a tribal woman as the President of India. Furthermore, PM Modi criticized the Congress for imposing Emergency and meddling with state governments during their rule.

He dismissed the opposition’s threats and emphasized the widespread support for his leadership. The prime minister conveyed the government’s commitment to celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of tribal icon Bhagwan Birsa Munda in 2025 as ‘Janjatiya Gourav Diwas’. In conclusion, PM Modi reiterated his slogan “Phir ek baar, Modi sarkar,” stating that his focus is on fulfilling the aspirations of the people rather than pursuing personal dreams.
