Film Producer Soundarya Jagadish Dies After Alleged Suicide Attempt in Kannada Industry

The police stated that investigations are ongoing and all due process will be followed. Jagadish’s friend, Shreyas, informed reporters that Jagadish had died following a suicide attempt.

He was brought to the hospital and declared dead. Further procedures are underway to determine the reason for his actions.

Shreyas clarified that there were no health issues prior to the incident. In response to a question about a recent bank notice served to Jagadish, Shreyas stated that it was not connected to the suicide attempt and had been an ongoing issue for some time.

He also rejected misleading reports that suggested the cause of death was cardiac arrest. Shreyas emphasized that upon learning of the situation, Jagadish was immediately rushed to the hospital after attempting suicide by hanging.

Jagadish, who also owned a pub in the city, was a builder and businessman in addition to being a film producer. It was reported that the pub had been involved in a controversy recently, resulting in a temporary cancellation of its license due to late-night partying by some film personalities and crew.

Jagadish has produced several films, including *Snehitaru, Appu Pappu, Mast Maja Maadi,* and *Ramleela. *
