Salman Khan’s Mumbai Home Shooting: 2 Arrested in Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Incident

Salman Khan’s security has been increased after an incident involving Vicky Sahab Gupta and Sagar Shrijogendra Pal from Bihar, who were arrested in Gujarat’s Bhuj. The two men fired four rounds outside Bandra’s Galaxy Apartments, where the actor lives, on Sunday morning at around 5 am. They fled the scene on a motorbike and were later arrested.

CCTV footage showed the accused men sporting caps and carrying backpacks, as well as firing towards the actor’s home. The men had bought a second-hand bike from Raigad district to reach Mr Khan’s residence, having traveled to Mumbai on that bike from Panvel, where they had been living for the past 22 days. Police sources indicate that both men are associated with the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with Bishnoi currently serving time in Tihar Jail for his involvement in high-profile murder cases.

Following the incident, Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, claimed responsibility in an online post and issued a warning to the actor. The motorbike used in the incident was abandoned near Mount Mary Church, with its registration in the name of a man living in the Panvel area. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reached out to Salman Khan, offering assurances of support and a commitment to upholding the rule of law.

As a result of the incident, more personnel have been added to Salman Khan’s security team, and the actor has been advised to inform the Mumbai Police before leaving his house.
