Woman arrested for pouring boiling water on husband and pushing him off terrace.

A woman has been arrested for a violent attack on her husband in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred on April 13, when the wife, Amrita Rai, threw boiling water on her sleeping husband, Ashish Kumar Rai. She then allegedly teamed up with her family members to beat him and push him off the terrace.

According to the police, the man was visiting his in-laws at the time of the attack. Ashish Rai, the victim, explained that his wife had confiscated his mobile phone and motorcycle keys, and when he requested the keys, she insisted that he stay the night. Later that night, while everyone was sleeping, his wife threw boiling water on him, and her family members joined in assaulting him.

Rai sustained injuries to his head before being pushed off the terrace. Rai reported the incident to the police, and an FIR has been filed against his wife. The police have launched an investigation into the matter.
