Ghulam Nabi Azad Says Congress Sometimes Wants BJP To Win

It was noted that this would be the first election since the Supreme Court ruling upholding the abrogation of Article 370, and the Election Commission of India was directed to hold the next assembly elections in J&K before September 30, 2024.
