Man arrested after booking cab from Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment under gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s name admin, April 19, 2024 The Mumbai police have identified the accused as 20-year-old Rohit Tyagi from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The accused had booked a cab in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi from Galaxy Apartment, the house of actor Salman Khan, to the Bandra Police Station. When the cab driver arrived at Salman Khan’s house and inquired about the booking, the watchman immediately informed the nearby Bandra Police Station. Upon interrogation, the police found that the accused had booked the cab in the name of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi as a prank. The accused was arrested from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and brought to Mumbai. After being presented before the court, he was sent to the custody of Bandra Police for two days, with further details into the matter awaited. In a separate incident, Kutch Police arrested two accused individuals and handed them to the Mumbai Crime Branch. The accused, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal from Bihar, were presented before the court and sent to the custody of the Mumbai Crime Branch until April 25 in connection with a firing incident outside the Galaxy Apartments where the actor resides. CCTV footage showed the accused firing in the direction of the actor’s home. Preliminary investigations revealed that the accused were in contact with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Salman Khan’s security level has been elevated to Y-Plus since November 2022 due to threats from gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldy Brar.
