Rohit Sharma reveals honest “MS Dhoni and Dinesh Karthik” verdict for T20 World Cup selection.

The tournament is scheduled to be played in the West Indies and the USA, starting on June 2. The BCCI is expected to announce India’s squad later this month and is closely monitoring the potential players for the 15-man team. One of the main talking points about the Indian squad has been the wicketkeeping options.

In response to this, Rohit Sharma made comments about the prospects of Dhoni and Karthik for the team. Rohit mentioned that he was impressed with Dinesh Karthik’s batting performance against SRH and also highlighted Dhoni’s impact with a quick 20 runs. He expressed that it might be hard to convince Dhoni to play in the World Cup due to his involvement in golf, while DK may be more easily convinced.

The wicketkeeper-batters being considered for the squad are Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, and Sanju Samson.
