Mohan Yadav Explains Why His Children Don’t Reside at the Chief Minister’s Home admin, April 22, 2024 Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has made it a priority to keep his focus on his responsibilities. As a result, his three children do not reside with him in the official Chief Minister’s bungalow. Mr. Yadav believes that their presence could potentially disrupt his ability to fulfill his duties. A first-time Chief Minister at 49, he is the father of a daughter and two sons. In an exclusive interview with NDTV’s Editor-in-Chief Sanjay Pugalia, Mr. Yadav explained that he feels it’s important for his children to be able to study without any distractions. He mentioned that his daughter had previously been studying in Bhopal and was also advised to stay in a hostel for a focused learning environment. Mr. Yadav believes that his family shares his view on this matter and stands in support of his decision. When asked about being too tough on his family, he emphasized the need to be resilient, stating that one’s responsibilities could become diluted if they focus solely on family.
