Mohan Yadav Explains Why His Kids Don’t Live at the Chief Minister’s Residence

The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Mohan Yadav, has made it a priority to focus on his responsibilities as a leader. As a result, he has chosen not to live with his three children in the official Chief Minister’s bungalow, believing that the presence of his family might distract him from his duties.

Mohan Yadav, a first-time Chief Minister and father of a daughter and two sons, expressed his concerns about the potential impact on his children’s studies if they lived in such an environment. He emphasized the importance of allowing them to focus on their education, stating that his daughter had also been encouraged to study in a hostel when she was pursuing her MBBS course in Bhopal.

When asked if he was being too strict with his family, Yadav defended his decision, stating that it was necessary to prioritize their responsibilities over family matters. He emphasized the need to maintain focus and be cautious as one’s responsibilities increase.

Yadav’s approach may be seen as tough by some, but he believes it is crucial to maintain this stance in order to avoid diluting his responsibilities as Chief Minister. He expressed satisfaction with his family’s understanding and support for his decision.
