According to the filing, Chandra Sekhar’s individual assets total Rs 2,448.72 crore, while his wife Sriratna Koneru possesses assets worth Rs 2,343.78 crore and their children hold nearly Rs 1,000 crore in assets. Notably, former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s son Nakul Nath topped the list of the richest contestants in Phase-I of the Lok Sabha polls with assets totaling nearly Rs 717 crore, as reported by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR). Chandra Sekhar’s family also carries a substantial liability of Rs 1,138 crore to JP Morgan Chase Bank of USA in the form of a Line of Credit. His journey has been remarkable, beginning in Burripalem village in Andhra Pradesh, then working as a physician teacher at Johns Hopkins University – Sinai Hospital before founding UWorld, an online learning and study resources platform.
