The operation resulted in the apprehension of approximately 86 kg of narcotics valued at Rs 600 crore, as well as the detention of 14 crew members from a Pakistani vessel. The coordinated operation involved the use of ships and aircraft to ensure its effectiveness. The Coast Guard ship Rajratan played a crucial role, with officials from the NCB and ATS on board. Despite attempts by the suspected drug-laden boat to evade capture, the vigilant Coast Guard ship successfully identified and intercepted it. A specialized team from the ship conducted a thorough search and confirmed the presence of drugs onboard. The Indian Coast Guard praised the swift and strong actions of the Rajratan in preventing the evasive maneuvers of the drug-laden boat. Following the apprehension, the seized Pakistani boat and its crew are being transported to Porbandar for further investigation.
