AAP MP Raghav Chadha: Case Filed Against YouTube Channel in Punjab for Defaming Him

A complaint has been filed against the YouTube channel ‘Capital TV’ by Vikas Prashar, the son of Ashok Pappi Prashar, an AAP candidate for the Ludhiana Lok Sabha seat. The complaint accuses the channel of broadcasting defamatory and “misleading content.” The complainant expressed concern that the false videos on Capital TV and other channels could disturb public peace and harmony and incite enmity between different groups based on religion, caste, race, and community.
