Alakh Pandey, the Founder and CEO of Physics Wallah, recently encouraged Indian students studying in the US to consider returning to India and contributing to its development. He emphasized the importance of both direct and indirect contributions to the country’s progress. His message was shared in a post on Instagram, where he revealed that he had been invited to speak at prestigious universities including Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California.

The post included pictures of his time on the campuses, highlighting his interaction with Indian students and his call for them to contribute to India’s growth. Pandey’s message stressed the need for India’s youth to play a role in making the country better, acknowledging its imperfections while emphasizing the importance of collective efforts for improvement. His words aimed to motivate Indian students to actively contribute to India’s development, whether by returning to the country or through their actions while abroad.

In a separate development, last November, Physics Wallah reportedly terminated a certain number of employees due to performance issues, stating that the impact would affect less than 0.8% of the total workforce of around 12,000 employees. The company expressed its ongoing commitment to foster a high-performing team and announced plans to hire an additional 1,000 employees over the next six months.
