The AAP has been in conflict with the Enforcement Directorate regarding the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other leaders associated with the Delhi liquor policy case. The party has asserted that the case is fabricated. They have expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of action from the Election Commission (EC) on alleged code violations by the BJP. The EC has returned an advertisement, requesting modifications, stating that it did not violate the model code of conduct.

The song in question was released at the party headquarters on Thursday, and the Supreme Court is set to hear a plea by Mr. Kejriwal challenging his arrest. He has argued that his arrest was illegal and an attack on the principles of democracy and free and fair elections. In response to the Enforcement Directorate’s reply on his petition, Mr. Kejriwal highlighted the timing of his arrest just before the Lok Sabha elections and accused the agency of acting arbitrarily.
