Physics Wallah Founder Alakh Pandey Entreats Indian Students at Harvard, Stanford to Contribute to Country admin, April 28, 2024 Alakh Pandey, the founder and CEO of Physics Wallah, recently encouraged Indian students studying in the US to return to India and contribute to the country’s development. He also urged those unable to return to contribute “directly or indirectly” to the progress of the country. This message was shared on Instagram after Mr. Pandey was a guest speaker at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California. During his visit to these prestigious universities, Mr. Pandey posed for pictures and emphasized the importance of Indian students contributing to India’s progress, whether they are in the country or abroad. He acknowledged the shortcomings of the country but stressed the need for its youth to work towards making it better. In November, Physics Wallah reportedly terminated up to 120 employees due to performance issues. The company stated that this impacted less than 0.8% of its workforce and emphasized its focus on fostering a high-performing team. Furthermore, the company plans to hire an additional 1,000 employees in the next six months. Physics Wallah currently has around 12,000 employees. Alakh Pandey
