He also emphasized that those who are unable to return should still strive to contribute to the country’s progress, either directly or indirectly. In a post shared on Instagram, Mr. Pandey revealed that he was invited as a guest speaker to Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California. He accompanied the post with a detailed note and a series of pictures from his time at these prestigious universities, including a picture of him posing outside the Harvard Business School and another with Indian students. In the post, he emphasized the need for the youth of the country to work towards making India a better place, acknowledging its shortcomings while also highlighting the importance of contributing positively. He stressed the significance of motivating Indian students, whether they return to India or continue to stay abroad, to contribute to the country’s progress. Previously, Physics Wallah reportedly had to terminate up to 120 employees due to performance issues. The company stated that less than 0.8% of its total workforce would be impacted by this decision and emphasized its focus on fostering a high-performing team.
