He also suggested that those unable to return should find ways to contribute to the country’s progress, whether directly or indirectly. Pandey shared his message on Instagram, where he revealed that he had been invited to speak at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California. He posted a series of photos from his time at these prestigious universities, including pictures of him posing outside the Harvard Business School and with Indian students. In his post, Pandey emphasized the importance of motivating Indian students to contribute to India’s growth, acknowledging the imperfections of the country while highlighting the role of its youth in making it better. In November, Physics Wallah, an ed-tech firm led by Pandey, reportedly terminated around 120 employees due to performance issues. The company stated that this decision impacted less than 0.8% of its total workforce. With a focus on fostering a dynamic, high-performing team, Physics Wallah also announced plans to hire an additional 1,000 employees in the next six months.
