Suresh Raina’s Relative Dies in Car Crash in Dharamshala

The Superintendent of Police (SP) Kangra, Shalini Agnihotri, revealed that the incident occurred at around 11:30 pm on Wednesday near Himachal Timber in Gaggal. The police identified the driver of the car, Sher Singh, as the responsible party for the collision. Despite his initial escape from the scene, Singh was later apprehended in Mandi with the aid of CCTV footage that captured the incident. The police have filed a case against Singh under sections 279 (rash driving) and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal Code, along with section 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
