Thai Politician Caught Having Affair with 24-Year-Old Adopted Son by Husband – a Monk

Prapaporn Choeiwadkoh, a well-known politician from Thailand’s Sukhothai province, became the focus of social media attention due to reports of her alleged affair with her adopted son, Phra Maha, who is also a monk. According to the *South China Morning Post (SCMP)*, Choeiwadkoh was caught in bed with Phra Maha by her husband, who had become suspicious of their relationship and devised a plan to catch them.

The couple had adopted Phra Maha from a temple the previous year, with Choeiwadkoh expressing sympathy for him. The news of this scandal has sent shockwaves through social media in Thailand and neighboring countries, with many users expressing disbelief and astonishment at the situation.

Some have characterized it as resembling a fictitious plot, given the age differences and unusual dynamics involved, while a video purportedly recorded by Choeiwadkoh’s husband has also surfaced on various social media platforms. In the video, Choeiwadkoh’s husband questions her and Phra Maha about their relationship, with Choeiwadkoh denying any sexual involvement and claiming they were only chatting.

Phra Maha also asserts his innocence, stating that “Nothing happened,” according to the *SCMP*. Choeiwadkoh holds a prominent position as the president of a local chamber of commerce in Sukhothai and has been a member of the Democrat Party since March of the previous year.

However, following the emergence of the scandal, she has been suspended by the party pending an investigation into the matter.
