Prapaporn Choeiwadkoh, a well-known politician from Sukhothai province in Thailand, has sparked controversy on social media due to reports of an alleged affair with her adopted son, 24-year-old Phra Maha, who is also a monk. According to the *South China Morning Post (SCMP)*, Choeiwadkoh was discovered in bed with Phra Maha by her husband, Ti, after he drove for five hours to catch them red-handed.

There were suspicions about the relationship between Choeiwadkoh and the monk, leading Ti to devise a plan to expose them. The couple had adopted Phra Maha from a temple the previous year.

The news has shocked social media users in Thailand and neighboring countries, with many expressing disbelief and criticizing the situation. A video of the confrontation between Choeiwadkoh, her husband, and Phra Maha has circulated on various social media platforms.

In the video, Ti confronts Choeiwadkoh about the affair, to which she denies any sexual activity and claims that they were merely chatting. Phra Maha also maintains his innocence, stating that “Nothing happened,” according to *SCMP*.

Choeiwadkoh holds a prominent position as the president of a local chamber of commerce in Sukhothai and has been a member of the Democrat Party since March of the previous year. However, due to the scandal, she has been suspended by the party pending an investigation.
