Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress for Plundering the Country for Many Years

Amit Shah criticized the INDIA alliance, emphasizing the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya after a long wait. He dismissed the Congress’s claim that the Pran Prathishtha was not carried out properly and warned that if the Congress comes to power, they would put a lock on the temple.

Shah accused the Congress of engaging in dynastic politics, citing examples such as Lalu Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, and Sonia Gandhi advocating for their family members to hold key political positions. He emphasized that the people should have the ultimate say and that there should be no reservation for a particular family.

He also criticized the Congress for its stance on Article 370, stating that while the Congress did not act against it, Prime Minister Modi effectively abrogated it, reducing terrorism and asserting India’s claim over Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Describing the Congress as corrupt, Shah claimed that the Modi government would hold the corrupt accountable by putting them in jail.

Shah praised the development in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Modi and Yogi Adityanath, highlighting achievements such as the construction of expressways, metro networks, medical colleges, film city, and toy park. He also commended Yogi Adityanath for addressing law and order issues in the state.

Additionally, the focus shifted to the constituencies of Amethi and Raebareli, which are considered strongholds of the Gandhi family. It was highlighted that Rahul Gandhi entered the fray in Rae Bareli and a close aide of the Gandhi family, Kishori Lal Sharma, was fielded against Smriti Irani in Amethi.

The Congress, historically dominant in these areas, has faced declining success in recent years.
