Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress for Looting the Country for Many Years

Amit Shah recently criticized the INDIA alliance, emphasizing their delayed achievement in the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, and dismissing the Congress’s allegations regarding the Pran Prathishtha. He also accused the Congress of promoting dynastic politics, citing examples of Lalu Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, and Sonia Gandhi.

Shah stressed that the people should have the power to decide political representation rather than it being reserved for specific families. Shah condemned the Congress’s handling of Article 370, attributing its abrogation to Prime Minister Modi and asserting that it has effectively curbed terrorism.

He also accused the Congress of corruption and promised that the Modi government would hold corrupt individuals accountable. He praised the progress in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Modi and Yogi Ji, highlighting developments such as expressways, a metro network, medical colleges, a film city, and a toy park.

Shah emphasized the successful governance in Uttar Pradesh, specifically in curbing criminal activity. Meanwhile, the upcoming elections in Amethi and Raebareli, which are significant constituencies for the Gandhi family, have drawn attention due to Rahul Gandhi’s candidacy in Rae Bareli and the selection of a close aide, Kishori Lal Sharma, to contest against Smriti Irani in Amethi.

In the 2014 elections, Congress had won only two seats in Uttar Pradesh, which decreased to one in 2019 after losing Amethi.
