Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress, Describing Country as “Looted” for Many Years

Amit Shah criticized the INDIA alliance during a speech, highlighting various issues. He mentioned the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, stating that the Congress had questioned the correctness of the Pran Prathishtha process.

Shah also accused the Congress of engaging in dynastic politics, citing examples such as Lalu Yadav and Sonia Gandhi. Shah attacked the Congress for its stance on Article 370, claiming that while the Congress did not act against it, Prime Minister Modi revoked it.

He further accused the Congress of corruption and proclaimed that the Modi government would imprison all corrupt individuals. Additionally, he praised the development in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Modi and Yogi Adityanath.

The text also notes the significance of Amethi and Raebareli, traditional strongholds of the Gandhi family, in the upcoming elections. Rahul Gandhi is contesting from Rae Bareli, while the party’s close aide is running against Smriti Irani in Amethi.

It mentions the decrease in Congress’ seats in Uttar Pradesh from two in 2014 to just one in 2019, after losing Amethi.
