Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress for Plundering the Country for Many Years

Amit Shah has criticized the INDIA alliance, stating that despite a long wait, the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was finally obtained. He also accused the Congress of planning to lock the temple if they come into power. Shah further criticized the Congress for practicing dynastic politics, citing examples of leaders wanting their family members to hold positions of power.

He emphasized that the decision should be left to the people and not reserved for specific families. Shah addressed the Congress’s stance on Article 370, attributing its abrogation to Modi’s government. He asserted that the government has effectively tackled terrorism and claimed Pakistan-occupied Kashmir as an integral part of India.

Shah also accused the Congress of corruption, vowing to bring corrupt individuals to justice under the Modi government. He commended the double-engine government in Uttar Pradesh, attributing the state’s development to Modi’s leadership. Shah highlighted the infrastructure and development projects initiated in the state, crediting Yogi Adityanath for curbing criminal activities.

Significantly, the constituencies of Amethi and Raebareli, previously considered strongholds of the Gandhi family, have once again garnered attention. Rahul Gandhi’s entry into Rae Bareli and the competition in Amethi have revitalized the political landscape in these areas. The Congress, which won two seats in Uttar Pradesh in 2014, saw a decline to just one seat in 2019 after losing Amethi.
