5 People, Including 2 Children, Die in House Fire in Ghaziabad, According to Police

The Ghaziabad Fire has left two people injured, a woman and a child, who were admitted to the hospital. The Additional Police Commissioner of Ghaziabad, Dinesh Kumar P, stated that the reason behind the fire is yet to be known. He mentioned that the fire spread from the ground floor to the higher storeys, resulting in several fatalities, including children, adults, and old people. He also reported that a seven-year-old girl and a seven-month-old child lost their lives in the tragic incident.

According to Dinesh P, the police and fire brigade were alerted late at night about the fire in the Loni area, leading to a swift response to the scene. The trapped individuals on the first and second floors were rescued, and the injured are currently receiving treatment. The authorities are working to identify the deceased. Dinesh P emphasized that an investigation into the cause of the fire will be conducted, and the reason behind the fire will be determined after the inquiry.

Some individuals mentioned the presence of foam cubes in the house, which may have contributed to the aggressive spread of the fire, but the definitive cause will be established following the investigation.
