Release of 4 Terrorists’ Sketch in J&K’s Doda Attack, with Rs 20 Lakh Reward Announced.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police recently announced a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh for information about each of the terrorists who carried out attacks in the region. The attacks included firing on a joint checkpost of the 4 Rashtriya Rifles and police at Chattergalla in Bhaderwah, as well as an attack on a search party in the Gandoh area that resulted in injuries to seven security personnel.

The police released sketches of the four terrorists believed to be in the upper reaches of Bhaderwah, Thathri, Gandoh, and engaged in terror-related activities. In addition to the cash reward, the police appealed to the public to provide information about the presence and movement of these terrorists.

There was also a sketch released for a terrorist involved in an attack on a passenger bus in Reasi district and a reward of Rs 20 lakh announced for information about him. The attack on the bus occurred as it was en route from the Shiv Khori temple to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Katra near Teryath village in the Poni area.
