Hospital Staff Misbehave With Officer During Inspection of “Sealed” Facility, According to Police

The District Magistrate of Chail, Yogesh Kumar Gaur, received information on Saturday night that a sealed hospital was still operating. When the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) arrived at the hospital, he used his mobile phone to record videos of the premises. The hospital operator, Dr Nisar Ahmed, and his aide, Yasir Ahmed, obstructed the SDM in the discharge of his duties, misbehaved with him, and snatched his mobile phone. Consequently, the two were arrested, as stated by Circle Officer Manoj Singh Raghuwanshi.

A case was registered against them under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including robbery, voluntarily causing hurt to deter a public servant from his duty, punishment for criminal breach of trust, and dishonestly receiving stolen property.
