UP Man Bitten By Snake 7 Times in 40 Days, Team Formed to Investigate Case

The man who has been identified as Vikas Dubey has requested financial help from the authorities after being bitten by a snake. Chief Medical Officer Rajiv Nayan Giri stated that the victim sought assistance at the Collectorate, claiming to have spent a significant amount of money on treatment for the snake bite. Mr. Giri advised the victim to visit a government-run hospital where he could receive anti-snake venom free of cost. Mr. Giri expressed skepticism about the situation, pointing out that the man is allegedly bitten by a snake every Saturday.

He questioned whether it is indeed a snake that is biting him and raised concerns about the competence of the treating doctor. As a result, a three-doctor team has been formed to investigate the matter. Officials have noted that every time Vikas Dubey was attacked by a snake, he was taken to the hospital and recovered after receiving treatment. The Chief Medical Officer emphasized the need to uncover the truth behind the situation.
