Man Arrested in Madhya Pradesh for Alleged Murder of Woman in Bengaluru Hostel

Kriti Kumari, a resident of Bihar, lived in a paying guest accommodation in the busy Koramangala neighborhood of Bengaluru. On Tuesday night, an armed man entered the building around 11 pm and murdered her by slashing her throat before fleeing. The violent act was recorded by CCTV cameras installed on the premises, showing the assailant knocking on Kumari’s door, dragging her into the corridor, and attacking her despite her resistance. Other residents quickly reacted to the commotion, with one person calling the police.
