The court directed the Law Authority to conduct a follow-up visit to assess the facilities and the quantity and quality of food and kitchen hygiene, with a report to be submitted within three weeks. The petitioner stated that the Matia detention centre holds 3,000 people, and the court directed the centre to respond on the issue of deportation within the same time frame.
