YouTube Channel Faces Legal Action for Violating Privacy of Missing Driver’s Son

The commission has taken action against the channel ‘Mazhavil Kerala’ after a video of the anchor posing questions to the son of Arjun went viral. The commission is requesting reports from the District Police Chief and the YouTube channel regarding this matter.

The channel has been criticized for forcing the child to speak about his father rather than consoling the family. Arjun has been missing for the past 12 days after a landslide occurred on July 16 while he was driving a lorry loaded with timber to Kozhikode.
