7 Killed in 3 Separate Road Accidents in Uttar Pradesh, Including a Police Officer

Constable Sudhir Kumar (28) and his wife Sonia (26) were tragically killed when their motorcycle was hit by a truck on Tuesday. The collision caused a portion of the truck to catch fire, resulting in the couple being trapped under the vehicle. A fire brigade was called to the scene to control the blaze. Mr. Kumar, who was posted in Moradabad district, was involved in the accident, according to Circle Officer (Nai Mandi) Rupali Rao.

The truck driver fled the scene, and the bodies have been sent for a post-mortem examination. In another incident on the same day, Ishwar Dayal (25) and Sandeep Verma (28) were killed when their motorcycle was struck by a speeding unidentified vehicle near a Mahindra showroom under the Mansurpur police station area. They were traveling from Muzaffarnagar to Khatauli at the time of the accident, and the driver of the other vehicle also fled the scene. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, as confirmed by Circle Officer Ramashish Yadav.

A third tragic incident occurred when three men, Sorabh Pal (26), Daksh Saini (25), and Krishan (23), were killed after their motorcycle was hit by a speeding truck near the Mansurpur distillery late Monday night. The truck driver managed to escape, and police are investigating all three incidents and are working to arrest the drivers involved in the hit-and-run cases.
