Conflict Between Team Uddhav and BJP Leaders in Maharashtra Leads to Police Filing Case Against 60

Police in central Maharashtra registered two separate cases against 60 people in connection with a clash between Shiv Sena (UBT) and BJP workers and local leaders during Thackeray’s visit. The clash took place around 370km from Mumbai. According to an official, the workers of the ruling BJP staged a demonstration against the former state minister, leading to a counter agitation from Shiv Sena (UBT) activists. The situation escalated as slogans were raised from both sides, and supporters of the rival parties clashed with each other.

To maintain law and order, police personnel deployed at the spot used batons to disperse the agitators.
