Bangladesh and the Seychelles hold observer status at the Conclave. The Indian National Security Adviser (NSA) is expected to speak with President Ranil Wickremesinghe. The Conclave, facilitated by its Colombo Secretariat, brings together National Security Advisors and Deputy NSAs from India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Mauritius. The focus at the Conclave includes maritime security, counter-terrorism, and cyber security, with India raising its strategic concerns in the Indian Ocean.
