Pune Couple’s Jewellery Worth 5 Lakhs Stolen While Eating Vada Pav

The video depicts a couple parking their scooter on the roadside and stopping at a food joint. Shortly after, a man on a bike, wearing a face mask, halts near the scooter and alerts the woman that something has fallen onto the road. Meanwhile, another man in a white shirt is observed surveying the scooter.

When the elderly woman leans down to retrieve the fallen item, the man in the white shirt seizes the jewelry from a bag on the scooter and flees. The woman, visibly bewildered, is then seen chasing after the man and calling out for help. Reportedly, the bag also contained bank documents and the couple’s mobile phone.

The police have initiated an investigation and registered a case.
