One dead, two injured in explosion at Tamil Nadu firecracker factory.

The Tamil Nadu government has announced compensation following an unfortunate incident. Chief Minister MK Stalin has expressed his condolences and stated that the families of the deceased will receive Rs 3 lakh, while the injured will receive Rs 1 lakh.

This decision comes after an explosion at a firecracker warehouse in Thoothkudi, which resulted in two deaths and four injuries. Apprehensions had been raised about the storage of firecrackers at the Sivashakthi Fireworks godown for use in weddings and temple festivals.
