SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Bagdogra lands without baggage, SpiceJet responds

SpiceJet recently faced an issue with offloaded baggage on flight SG 8841 from Delhi to Bagdogra, leading to inconvenience for passengers. The 2.30-hour direct flight took off from Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi at 12:30 pm.

A passenger named Rajesh Kumar took to social media to express frustration over the situation, stating that their luggage was lost and misplaced with no satisfactory response from the airline staff. SpiceJet’s spokesperson explained that the offloaded baggage would be connected through subsequent flights due to payload restrictions faced for operational reasons.

The airline regretted the inconvenience caused to the affected passengers and highlighted the importance of offloading cargo and baggage when facing payload restrictions for safe flight operations. The airline also acknowledged the inconvenience caused and expressed regret to the affected passengers.
