Physics Wallah Founder Alakh Pandey urges Indian Students at Harvard and Stanford to Contribute to India admin, April 28, 2024 Founder and CEO of Physics Wallah, Alakh Pandey, recently encouraged Indian students studying in the US to consider returning to India and contribute to its development. He also emphasized that those who are unable to return should find ways to contribute to the country’s progress, whether directly or indirectly. Mr. Pandey shared this message on Instagram after being invited as a guest speaker at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of California. He posted a series of pictures from the prestigious campus visits, including snapshots outside the Harvard Business School and alongside Indian students. In his post, Mr. Pandey expressed his motivation at these events and highlighted the need for the youth of India to work towards making the country better. He acknowledged the imperfections of the nation but emphasized the role of the youth in its improvement. Physics Wallah, the ed-tech firm led by Mr. Pandey, faced operational changes last November when it reportedly terminated around 120 employees due to performance issues. The company stated that less than 0.8% of its workforce would be affected by the review exercise, with plans to hire additional 1,000 employees in the next six months. Physics Wallah currently has around 12,000 employees. Alakh Pandey
