PM Narendra Modi informs Pakistan before disclosing 2019 Balakot Strikes to the world: PM reveals.

The Prime Minister of India recently addressed a poll rally in Bagalkot, Karnataka. During his speech, he emphasized that he does not believe in attacking from the back and instead prefers open confrontation. He recounted an incident involving the airstrikes on Pakistan and mentioned that despite attempts to inform Pakistan through telephone about the airstrikes, there was no response.

The Prime Minister also clarified that the airstrikes were targeted at a JeM camp, based on credible intelligence and the desire to avoid civilian casualties. Furthermore, he highlighted the urgency of the preemptive strike, citing credible intelligence about an imminent suicide terror attack by JeM in various parts of India. The Prime Minister mentioned that when India launched the airstrikes, there was initial confusion as some people thought it had occurred in Bagalkot, a district in Karnataka with a similar-sounding name.

He stressed the necessity of the preemptive action in the face of imminent danger posed by the fidayeen jihadis who were being trained for the purpose of carrying out terror attacks. The Prime Minister also expressed that the targeted JeM camp was located away from any civilian presence, in a thick forest on a hilltop. He asserted that the selection of the target and the execution of the non-military preemptive action were conducted with the aim of avoiding civilian casualties.
