The news, as reported by the South China Morning Post (SCMP), revealed that Choeiwadkoh, aged 45, was found in bed with her 24-year-old adopted son, Phra Maha, who is also a monk. Her husband, identified as Ti, reportedly caught them red-handed after driving for five hours to verify his suspicions about their relationship.

The couple had adopted Phra Maha from a temple the previous year, with Choeiwadkoh citing her feelings of pity for him, according to SCMP’s report. Choeiwadkoh, who is a prominent figure in Sukhothai and serves as the president of a local chamber of commerce, has been a member of the Democrat Party since March last year.
