Amit Shah’s Swipe at Congress: Country Plundered for Many Years

Amit Shah criticized the INDIA alliance, highlighting the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya as a significant achievement. He accused the Congress of promoting dynastic politics, emphasizing the party’s preference for family members in leadership positions. Shah also condemned the Congress for not taking action against Article 370, praising Modi’s decision to revoke it and asserting that the government has effectively addressed terrorism. Furthermore, Shah accused the Congress of corruption, promising that the Modi Sarkar would hold the corrupt accountable.

He lauded the progress in Uttar Pradesh under the double engine government, crediting Modi’s leadership and Yogi Ji’s efforts in improving infrastructure and governance in the state. The upcoming elections in Amethi and Raebareli, traditionally considered strongholds of the Gandhi family, have drawn attention, with Rahul Gandhi entering the fray in Rae Bareli and the party fielding a close aide against Smriti Irani in Amethi. The Congress, which won only two seats in Uttar Pradesh in 2014, saw its tally reduced to one in 2019 after losing Amethi.
