Amit Shah Takes Aim at Congress for Plundering the Country for Many Years

Amit Shah criticized the alliance between INDIA and Congress, stating that despite the long wait, the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was finally obtained. He mentioned that the Congress believes the Pran Prathishtha was not done correctly and warned that if they come into power, they would put a lock on the temple. Shah accused the Congress of practicing dynastic politics, citing examples such as Lalu Yadav and Mamata Banerjee’s desires for familial succession in political positions.

He emphasized that political seats should be determined by the people and not reserved for specific families. In regard to Article 370, Shah praised Modi’s decision to abrogate it, stating that it has led to a halt in terrorism and the elimination of terrorists. He reinforced India’s claim on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and declared that the country is not afraid of any consequences.

Shah labeled the Congress as corrupt, alleging that they have looted the country for many years. He pledged that the Modi government would incarcerate all the corrupt individuals. The double engine government in Uttar Pradesh received commendation from Shah, who highlighted the developments in the state under Modi’s leadership.

He credited Yogi Adityanath for his efforts in eradicating crime in the state. The focus on Amethi and Raebareli, considered to be traditional strongholds of the Gandhi family, has increased as Rahul Gandhi competes in Rae Bareli and a close aide has been fielded in Amethi. Shah noted that the Congress’ seats in Uttar Pradesh dwindled from two to one after they lost Amethi in 2019.
