Amit Shah Takes Aim at Congress: “Looted Country for Many Years

Amit Shah recently criticized the INDIA alliance, highlighting a number of grievances against the Congress party. He expressed satisfaction with the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and accused the Congress of playing dynastic politics, pointing to leaders like Lalu Prasad Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, and Sonia Gandhi who he claims are pushing for family members to hold key positions. Shah emphasized the importance of allowing the people to make decisions rather than perpetuating hereditary politics.

Shah also criticized the Congress over its handling of Article 370, claiming that the party failed to take action while Prime Minister Modi successfully revoked it. He asserted that the government has effectively combated terrorism and taken a strong stance on the issue of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. In addition, Shah accused the Congress of widespread corruption and pledged the Modi government would hold corrupt individuals accountable.

He praised the development in Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Modi and Yogi Ji, citing the establishment of infrastructure such as expressways, a metro network, and educational and entertainment facilities. The upcoming elections in the historically significant constituencies of Amethi and Raebareli, which have long been associated with the Gandhi family, have once again brought the spotlight on the region. Rahul Gandhi’s entry into the race in Rae Bareli, and the fielding of a close aide against Smriti Irani in Amethi, have raised expectations for a competitive electoral battle in these areas.
