Amit Shah Takes Swipe at Congress Over Years of Pillaging the Country

Amit Shah recently criticized the INDIA alliance, emphasizing the victory of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya after a long wait. He mentioned the Congress’s skepticism towards the Pran Prathishtha and warned that, if in power, they would potentially impose restrictions on the temple.

Pointing out dynastic politics, Shah criticized Lalu Yadav, Mamata Banerjee, and Sonia Gandhi’s efforts to promote their family members in politics. He emphasized the importance of people’s choice and rejected the notion of certain seats being reserved for specific families.

Shah lauded the decision to abrogate Article 370, attributing it to the efforts of Prime Minister Modi in combating terrorism. He asserted territorial claims over Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and expressed confidence in handling Pakistan.

Highlighting accusations of corruption against the Congress, Shah vowed to bring those guilty to justice. He praised the developmental initiatives in Uttar Pradesh and credited the “double engine government” for progress in the state.

The focus then shifted to the constituencies of Amethi and Raebareli, traditionally associated with the Gandhi family. The dynamics of the upcoming elections in these areas were highlighted, with particular attention to the shifts in the Congress’s performance in Uttar Pradesh over recent years.
